On selected tariffs you'll get one extra included. If you've made an eligible purchase through Virgin Media or bought an eligible tariff as part of a bundle or service with Virgin Media, you won't be able to select Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited or Audible as your Extra. You'll just need to have joined or upgraded since 2010.
But if you want to add any extras to your monthly bill, you can do this in My O2 whenever you like. If you take out an O2 Refresh plan, you'll have an extra included on selected tariffs when you shop with us directly. O2 Pay Monthly customers can have an extra.
